Made of a very soft fur felt
Features a wide cream grosgrain ribbon band with trailing side ribbons

The inner brim reads 22 inches in diameter but it fits smaller than that
I would guess 20 inch head size has the width side to side is about 10 inches
The crown measures about 6 inches
