Beautiful 60s Mod dress from London England
Made of the softest chiffon, fully lined, sleeves left sheer

Cuffs with snaps and a covered button on the outside

The belt is missing.  If you purchased the dress and wanted to go shorter you could always keep the remaining fabric and make a belt out of it or have a seamstress do that for you.  It would not be an overly challenging project and the dress would look very cute with a matching belt.  The loops are at the empire line.

Excellent vintage condition, a slight pull to the fabric (see last photo) not easy to notice
                                             the zipper stitching has some gathering which does not detract from the 
                                             beauty of this unique and lovely piece.
