Vintage Antique 1920's Whiting & Davis Cream Mesh Bag

1920s Whiting & Davis mesh purse
○ beautiful & gleaming cream mesh metal 
○ brass metal frame
○ chain link strap
○ silk lining in nice condition with slight staining
○ art deco clasp closure •some missing stones•

Markings: 
Whiting & Davis Made in the U.S.A stamped on metal frame, dates to 1920s

Also Labeled: 
Whiting and Davis Co. Mesh Bags Trade Mark Reg. Made in U.S.A. 

I am dating this bag to the 20s because when I researched it the bags of that era were
engraved into the metal frame.

Measurements:  9 inches high at the widest point
                           5 1/2 inches at the highest point

Lovely vintage condition, there is slight wear on one bottom corner and missing rhinestones in the clasp
