The lining is a cotton gauze in black with a netted crinoline hem that peaks through a bit at the bottom of the dress

This dress came from the UK so the size reads 14 which is equivalent to a US size 8 or 10 
Best to go by the measurements however

18 inches armpit to armpit laying flat with room in the front of the bust because of the ruched gathers
15 to 16 inches across at the waist side to side
37 inches from the back of the collar to the hem

Clean and ready to wear
Slight fading at the armpit area but this is not noticeable
